Nwakaego Iheanacho, better known simply as Ego, the former sonorous back-up vocalist to one of Nigeria’s top entertainer, Lagbaja, has lost her husband, Niyi Ogbaro.
Gazelle, an online news platform, quoting a reliable source, broke the news on Friday.
According to the platform, Ogbaro passed away in the United States on Wednesday, after an undisclosed illness.
“Ohh No Victor Niyi Ogbaro this can’t be true. Victor, husband of Ego died today from what I just learnt. May his soul Rest In Peace,” Gazelle quotes it source as writing in an Instagram post.
Ego and Ogbaro tied the nuptial bond in 2009.
